Who We Are

We are a local family-run cleaning company based in Wimbledon and offering our services not only in the borough and surrounding areas but also covering other areas of SW London, including Putney, Wandsworth, Tooting, Balham, Mitcham, Morden, Kingston, and Surbiton.

We offer both regular and one-off cleaning visits of homes and offices and we have extensive experience of cleaning entire homes in preparation for new residents. In addition, we often clean homes or offices after a complete renovation, when there are often delicate surfaces and furniture that require great attention and vast experience in working with such materials. Furthermore, we professionally clean carpets, rugs, sofas, chairs and mattresses.

Our History in Brief

We started cleaning professionally after moving to London in 2008. Although we already had many years of previous experience in the hospitality industry, we soon realised that cleaning homes and offices requires not only a high standard of cleaning, but also many additional qualities in order to provide a complete and satisfactory service. In the beginning, it was just two of us working, but after a few years we found that we had more job offers than we could handle on our own, so we hired our first contractor. Our team of cleaners grew rapidly in the following years. We started offering different types of cleaning. More and more people learned about us and used our service. We remain grateful to our first customers for trusting us, using our service and recommending us to their friends and neighbours, and we still maintain friendly relations with many of them.

In 2011 we went on a carpet and upholstery cleaning training course and bought our first professional carpet cleaning machine. As a result, we were able to offer a more comprehensive cleaning service, which includes vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, kitchens, ovens, bathrooms, carpets, upholstery, etc. In the autumn of 2011, we started working as contractors for a popular real estate company in the area. Our long-term work with them has given us valuable experience in this specific and very detailed type of cleaning in which the highest standards must be maintained.

In 2012 we started advertising online and launched the first version of our website. Now we work with many estate agencies in the area, and with both tenants and landlords.
Over the years we have cleaned hundreds of homes, and completed hundreds of carpet and uphostery cleaning jobs. Many clients use our services weekly or fortnightly. They trust us to clean their homes and can rest easy in the knowledge that our cleaner will come to their home at the agreed time and do their job conscientiously, so that when they return from work, they can relax in a well-cleaned and tidy home.

Our Team

We work with a small team of professional cleaners with extensive experience in cleaning homes and offices, and who are also good at ironing and tidying up. We take on new team members only when we are satisfied with their references and when they have all the necessary documents required to work in the UK. There are specific qualities that we always look for in our team members – responsibility towards work and a sense of commitment, trustworthiness, honesty, persistence, organization skills, accuracy and efficiency. We believe that a cleaner should do their work not just look at it as a source of income. Furthermore, a polite and respectful attitude towards our customers is a must.

For these reasons, we screen candidates at the very first interview. If we decide to work with someone, we train them in the various cleaning services and offer them work only after we are sure they will do well. During the training, we teach them to work with different chemicals, clean different surfaces, and organize their work efficiently in order to carry out jobs within the agreed time, and we also instruct them on health and safety procedures. In fact, learning and communication never stops. We follow the latest developments in the sector and discuss various cases with them. As we also strive to provide our team with good conditions and treat them with respect, a large number of our cleaners have been working with us for years.
