Who We Are

We are a small family-run company based in Wimbledon, but we offer our services in most areas of SW London including Clapham. We moved to London in 2008 and began by cleaning homes in Wimbledon and Clapham. Over the first few years, we worked alone, gradually gaining experience and new clients. We have never compromised on the quality of service we offer no matter whether we were cleaning a small flat or a big house where we also had to do the ironing, change the sheets, and tidy up. We have always strived to fulfil our commitments to the best of our ability, often going above and beyond the call of duty in order to keep the client satisfied. For us, work is not only a source of income. It is very important for us that, when we have finished a job and closed the door of the house behind us, we ourselves feel satisfied with a job well done, knowing that we have left the home sparkling clean and tidy. We have always believed that, once the client has trusted us and let us into their home, it is up to us to justify this trust. We believe that it is due to this attitude that, only a few years after beginning, we already had enough clients and were able to expand the services and the neighbourhoods in which we work. Those principles that guided us in the beginning, when it was just us and we fought for every single job and every single client, have stayed with us ever since. Therefore, gradually our team began to increase. Responsibility for our commitments, high standards of work, and a good attitude towards customers – these are what characterize us as a company.

That way, you won’t need to worry or wonder who exactly will clean your home and when they will turn up. We can advise you on the approximate time it will take to clean similar homes to yours so you can decide how many hours of cleaning to book and budget accordingly. If during the use of the service you want to make changes, or have questions or comments, you can always contact us by email, text, WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram. We will not bind you to a long-term contract. You can always stop our service if you don’t like it. The notice we require is only two weeks.

How We Work?

Our experience has shown us that, to offer a good service, we must take into account the expectations and requirements of the clients together with the expectations and capabilities of the cleaners. Only after they have meet will the client be satisfied, as well as the cleaner who performs the service. The most basic thing we do is first to select the cleaners we work with. This task often turns out to be more difficult than finding new clients. It is clear to us that hiring a cleaner is not an easy decision for clients, because they are worried about whether the person they are going to let into their home is reliable and whether they are experienced enough in their work. We understand how vital it is to send responsible cleaners to represent our company in clients’ homes. Therefore, before we even decide to start working with a particular cleaner, we check all their documents including their right to work in the UK.

The security of our customers’ homes is another top priority for us. We not only instruct our cleaners in security and safety but make it a condition of their employment contract. Only after we have thoroughly checked their documents and references do they start working with us to gain experience in cleaning different types of home and using the right chemicals for the different rooms, such as the kitchen, bathroom, etc., and acquiring good cleaning techniques. They receive instructions from us on how to clean various delicate surfaces such as wood, metal, and marble. They must work with various types of vacuum cleaners, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers. Therefore, training is also necessary. They must also be able to organize their work efficiently, complete jobs in the time allotted time and cope with the various extra tasks that often include ironing, tidying, changing sheets, etc. We even train cleaners who have previous experience to make sure they can handle the demands of our clients. Most of our contractors have been working with us for years, and often we only hire new cleaners on their recommendation. We do not hire people who cannot show a serious attitude to work, are only in it for the short term, or who do not meet our requirements. In return, we strive to offer good working conditions to our contractors, which in turn leads to loyalty and a low staff turnover.

Notes

  • We cannot guarantee that the agreed hours of work will be enough for the cleaning of the entire property or completing of all the required cleaning tasks.
  • We are unable to offer external cleaning (i.e., outside windows, balconies, porches, patios, gardens, etc.).
  • We do not move heavy furniture (We clean around it where possible).
  • Window cleaning, fridge cleaning, etc. is not a part of the standard domestic cleaning package. However, the cleaner can help you with these tasks if agreed in advance and extra time is allotted.
  • We do not offer oven cleaning.
  • We do not wash/clean walls and ceilings, remove stickers, vax.
  • We do not wash floors by hand.
  • Regrettably, we are unable to take care of your pets or clean/wash their things.

Frequently Asked Questions about Our Regular Domestic Cleaning

A. Our work is charged by the hour, so the price will depend on the number of hours you would like to book and how often you need the service – every week or every other week. Our fortnightly service is slightly more expensive than our weekly one per hour. Please see the rates on the rate page of our website for further information.

A. The client provides a vacuum cleaner, a mop and cleaning detergents. At the beginning of the service, we’ll send you a list of recommended products to make sure the cleaner has everything necessary to clean the different rooms in the property.
The client needs to supply good quality cleaning products so the cleaner can clean every area in the house properly. A good vacuum cleaner and a mop are a must if you want good cleaning. Also, please consider that vacuuming can take twice as long if the vacuum cleaner is weak or clogged. Furthermore, we do not recommend battery-powered vacuum cleaners, especially for vacuuming houses or large flats/areas. This is because they are not suitable for intense or prolonged vacuuming as cleaners end up wasting time recharging the battery. We therefore always recommend using a standard cylinder vacuum cleaner for vacuuming large areas.

A. Unfortunately not. However, we offer one-off cleaning visits with a minimum of three hours work and obviously you can re-book at your convenience.

A. Yes, you can leave a set of keys with the cleaner or leave the keys in a safe place outside the house. The cleaner signs a key-receipt form when receiving keys from a client.

A. No, we don’t charge our clients when they cancel visits because of holiday, etc. However, please note that there will be a charge if the cancellation is at very short notice (less than 24 hours). we also need to know as early as possible about any planned cancellations so the cleaner can be assigned to another job instead. The cleaners get paid only when they work, and we appreciate your understanding on this matter.

A. Our cleaners are only human – they have different personalities and sometimes make mistakes, etc. We will be glad to discuss your concerns and find the right solution, but of course, we’ll send another cleaner if you are not happy with the work of the current one.

A. You may cancel the service at any time as we don’t have a specific contract-length with our clients. However, we require 2-weeks’ notice of termination.
